Are we not in the middle of Winter?

It sure seems like winter outside to me. Today I was at Target and they have a huge section of swimsuits..... does this seem ridiculous to anyone else?

It's winter OK, but the skies are blue and the sun is bright in the Rogue Valley. Guess Target is hoping for some early sales on swimsuits!
