We attempted to get one shot of my mom with the 4 grandkids and we failed somewhat. This was the last shot taken but I actually like it. No one is looking but that's okay. It truly represents what the photo session was like....

Cutest nieces EVER!

My adorable nieces were subjected to my studio practice on Saturday also. We had one that was cooperative and one, well not so much...



But they sure are cute, aren't they?!

New studio

My new studio in Fortuna is ready to go! I did a little test session with the kids on Saturday.




I think I am going to like having this studio, especially because it's in Fortuna....

Mission aborted

While I was shopping on Black Friday, Andy and the kids (and Pam and Charlie) headed out for their annual Christmas tree hunt. It's quite a drive out to South Fork Mountain. Sometime mid morning, I received the text that said "Mission aborted." Apparently there was too much snow to get very far up the mountain. Did that stop them from having fun? Oh no! Here's a video clip that Andy sent me from his Blackberry....

Soccer!

I will admit that I haven't been a very good soccer mom this year... at least not a good picture-taking one anyway! I really like to watch the kids play soccer. It's probably my favorite sport for them to play, but it sure was a longgggg season! It probably didn't help that they both had practice two nights a week, but not on the same nights. We survived though and the kids had fun!
